So my problem is that everything goes fine, the NMM installs the mod but at the moment of running the game it is still.
I use the Nexus Mod Manager and have followed every single step on how to download and install mods.
Many mods have more than one download option and the main page of the mod does not say that. So I got myself a copy of fallout new vegas to play. Many mods require NVSE inorder for them to work! Once you have nvse installed, always use it to launch the game! Do not launch from your Steam library NV launcher. ONLY NVSE goes into the main game folder. Do not put them in the "Data" sub folder! Data is where you place regular mod files when you have to manually install them, yet some mods Must be manually installed and ALL of those types of mods go into the data sub folder.
